Tampa is a city of the United States located in Hillsborough County, on the west coast of Florida and also the county seat. According to 2010 census, the population within the city limits reached the figure of 335,709 inhabitants, 1 occupying the third position in Florida, behind Jacksonville and Miami. Tampa is part of the metropolitan area known as the Tampa Bay Area or the Tampa Bay area, composed in turn by the conglomerate Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater where they live a total of 2.5 million people and that makes it the second largest urban agglomeration in the state and the third place throughout the Southeastern United States.
